Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. There is no option to cancel a bet before an event begins, so please make sure you are certain before placing your bet.
If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all bets placed on that event will be refunded. If an event is partially completed, settlements may be made based on the results up to that point.
Bets will be settled at the odds that were in place at the time the bet was placed. Any change in odds after a bet is confirmed will not apply to that bet.
If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to server issues, software errors, or any other technical fault, the affected bet will be considered void. Knockout commits to refunding the stake for any such bet.
Betting through match fixing, use of insider information, or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited. If found to be involved in such activities, your account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.
